We want you to be completely satisfied with your Remi Cachet purchase; however, if you are not happy with your hair extensions or accessories, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided the hygiene seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact, as we cannot accept returns for hair that has been handled for hygiene reasons.

  Complete the Form

  Download and fill out our online Returns Form with your order number, contact details, and reason for return to ensure your request is processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items and the completed form in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit, ideally using the original shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel using a tracked delivery service to our returns department and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been confirmed.
